The loud,
abrasive and in-your-face world of Shepherds The Weak was unleashed
upon Hong Kong’s underground in Jan 2005 through the demise of a
well-respected local band called Milk N’ Cookies. Though the second
guitar position was temporarily filled by Ah Ho (of local metalcore
Irresistible Hearts fame), a permanent second guitar player finally
completed the picture when JR was invited to join the STW camp. The
line-up of this 6-piece barrage of metal infused hardcore is
Terrence and Richie (Vocals), Mushie and Jay R (Guitars), Glenn
(Bass), and Mike (Drums). Before signing to Start From Scratch Records, Shepherds The Weak released an independent EP entitled Strength in Numbers in June 2006. Their future is bright as they move on to begin the writing process of two new songs that will be on the upcoming Start From Scratch Records CD compilation and then their first full length album destined to drop in 2007. Packed with a LIVE show second to none in Hong Kong, Shepherds the Weak is here proud to represent Hong Kong hardcore for the world over. |
